Basic Wax Art Set Up

Set up is very easy. I recommend Covering your work area with a sheet of plastic or newspaper to simplify cleanup. then just place your materials within easy reach.

Basic Procedure
1. Start with a clean container










2. Fill the container with wax using a spoon













3. Grasp the pre waxed wick with both hands and straighten it













4. Insert the straighten wick into the center of the candle













5. Trim the wick with a wire cutter to approximately 3/8 inch (12 mm) above the wax surface













6. Optional - add seceral drops of scent oil near the wick










The candle now ready to be burned. If you plan to transport the candle it will be necessary to seal the top. Read more.
